Shipping rates (United States)
- Orders under $35: flat $4.99 standard shipping
- Orders $35 and up: free standard shipping
Add an Original + Mini, a Mini multi-pack, or another item to clear $35 and unlock free shipping.
How fast orders ship
FunFamz DTC orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) from Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Most orders are picked and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after you place them (weekends and Amazon holidays excluded).
- Once shipped, most US addresses arrive in about 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
We do not promise Amazon Prime delivery speeds on funfamz.com. Tracking goes out by email as soon as the label is created.
Order cutoffs & holidays
For gift and holiday delivery, order early. Carrier networks get congested near Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If you need a hard arrival date, email info@funfamz.com before you check out and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.

Lost, late, or damaged packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable window after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@funfamz.com or (806) 370-4420 with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
